Instructions

  1. Crush the leaves from one mint sprig.
  2. Combine the remaining ingredients except for the ginger beer and bitters in a Collins glass filled with ice.
  3. Swirl vigorously to cool thoroughly.
  4. Pour in the ginger beer and bitters.
  5. Decorate with a lemon slice and a bruised mint sprig.
