Instructions

  1. Layer the ingredients in a rocks glass in this order: 1 1-Inch Pineapple Chunk, then 44 ml Rum Blend*, then 30 ml Pineapple Juice, then 17 ml 3/ Cream Of Coconut, then 12 ml 2/ Coconut Milk/Water, then 2 Whole Coffee Beans, and 7 ml Layered 1/ Dry Sherry.
  2. Pour each layer slowly over the back of a bar spoon to keep the layers distinct.
