Instructions

  1. Sweet and sour mix:
  2. Combine lime juice and sugar at 2:1.
  3. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
  4. Cocktail:
  5. Fill a highball glass with ice.
  6. Shake Pineapple Juice, Ramazzotti Amaro, Mango Purée and Dark Rum with ice.
  7. Fine strain into the ice-filled glass.
  8. Garnish with pineapple leaves and a lime shell.
