Instructions

  1. Fill a rocks glass about three quarters full with ice.
  2. Add the gin, rosato vermouth, lemon juice, simple syrup and strawberry liqueur to a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake until the outside of the shaker is frosted.
  4. Strain into the ice-filled glass.
  5. Cut three slits upwards from the bottom of each of three dehydrated strawberries and set them on the rim of the glass.
