Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Muddle the strawberries in the bottom of a shaker.
  3. Add the passion fruit puree, simple syrup and vodka, then fill the shaker with ice.
  4. Shake well.
  5. Pour through a fine strainer into the chilled coupe.
  6. Garnish with half a strawberry on the rim and serve a shot glass of prosecco on the side.
