Instructions

  1. Chill a cocktail glass.
  2. Add the pineapple juice, flavored rum and white rum to a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake until well chilled.
  4. Strain through a fine strainer into the chilled glass.
  5. Pour the grenadine into the centre of the drink and let it sink to the bottom, forming a sunset effect.
