- Muddle the mint lightly in the bottom of a shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice and add the tequila blanco, orange juice, pineapple juice and lime juice.
- Shake hard until the drink is well chilled.
- Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
- Hold a bar spoon upside down over the glass and pour the grenadine onto it, so the grenadine settles as its own layer on top.
- Garnish with a slice of fresh pineapple and a mint sprig.
