Instructions

  1. Add the vodka, watermelon liqueur, lemon juice, lime juice, simple syrup and egg white to a shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake hard until cold, then strain the drink back into the empty shaker, leaving the ice behind.
  3. Shake again without ice to build a thick foam from the egg white.
  4. Fine strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
  5. Garnish with lemon and lime wheels.
