We created the Sumac Martini for a dinner themed around Ottolenghi’s cuisine. It’s a tangy and robust cocktail that adds a refreshing twist to the meal.

Instructions

  1. Cool a martini or coupe glass.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously until chilled.
  3. Pass the mixture through a double strainer.
  4. Sprinkle the surface with a mix of ground sumac and cumin as a garnish.
