Instructions

  1. Blend the strawberries with a splash of water until you have a smooth, pourable purée.
  2. Halve the passion fruits and spoon the pulp into a shaker.
  3. Add the lemon juice, limoncello, Passoã and vodka, plus two shots of the strawberry purée.
  4. Shake with ice.
  5. Double strain into a wine glass filled with crushed ice.
  6. Garnish with half a passion fruit, a quarter strawberry, a vanilla pod and a mint sprig.
