Instructions

  1. Chill a champagne flute.
  2. Crush the strawberries at the bottom of a shaker.
  3. Add the vodka, crème de fraise, balsamic vinegar of Modena and black pepper, then fill the shaker with ice.
  4. Shake well and pour through a fine strainer into the flute.
  5. Top up with champagne.
  6. Garnish with a balsamic-covered strawberry.
