Instructions

  1. Muddle the strawberries in the bottom of a shaker until they break down into juice.
  2. Add the gin, lemon juice and simple syrup.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard.
  4. Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
  5. Top with the club soda.
  6. Stir gently to combine.
