Instructions

  1. Crush the Strawberries in the bottom of a shaker.
  2. Add the Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup and Vodka, then fill the shaker with ice and shake.
  3. Strain through a fine sieve into a highball glass filled with ice.
  4. Top with Club Soda.
  5. Garnish with a strawberry and serve with straws.
