Strange Stirrings

0

A bittersweet, stirred drink where amaro and sweet vermouth give herbal depth, while Poire William adds a soft pear note. Batavia Arrack brings a funky edge, and the dry vermouth and Peychaud's bitters keep it dry and aromatic.
