Instructions

  1. Chill a highball glass and pour the club soda into it.
  2. Add the peach liqueur, egg white, simple syrup, bourbon and lemon juice to a shaker with ice and shake.
  3. Strain the drink back into the shaker, discarding the ice, and shake again without ice.
  4. Fine strain into the glass with the soda.
  5. Top with the dry cider.
  6. Twist a lemon zest over the drink and discard it.
