A stirred drink of equal parts vodka and St-Germain, sweetened with a little simple syrup and sharpened by orange bitters. Created by Joseph Marx in Kansas City in 2017.

Joseph Marx came up with the St. Katherine on the spot on New Year's Eve 2017 at a house party in Kansas City, using St-Germain and a Swedish fruit concentrate that happened to be at hand. The name honors Katherine, who asked for the drink, and Saint Catherine of Vadstena.
