I created the Spring Rose using ingredients from my garden, and it turned out fantastic!

2:1 simple syrup cooked on stovetop with 8 oz rhubarb
45 ml
"Key" gin

Instructions

  1. Gently muddle four basil leaves in a mixing glass.
  2. Add gin, lime juice, and rhubarb.
  3. Stir over ice,
  4. then strain the mixture into an up glass.
  5. Finish by garnishing with crushed basil leaves.
