Instructions

  1. Fill a shaker with ice and add the scotch, apple juice and passion fruit syrup.
  2. Shake until cold.
  3. Fill a highball glass with fresh ice.
  4. Strain the drink over the ice.
  5. Garnish with an apple slice and serve with straws.
