Instructions

  1. Add the Demerara rum, white rum, Jamaican rum, orange juice, lemon juice, simple syrup and passionfruit syrup to a blender.
  2. Add crushed ice.
  3. Blend for up to 10 seconds.
  4. Pour the whole blend, unstrained, into a large snifter or wine glass.
