- Moisten the outside edge of a highball glass with lime or orange juice and dip it in Tajín seasoning.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Shake the mezcal, tequila blanco, spicy mango syrup, mango purée and lime juice with ice.
- Strain into the glass.
- Top with ginger beer.
