Instructions

  1. Place two sprigs of mint along with Falernum and Cointreau in a mixing tin.
  2. Crush the ingredients gently.
  3. Pour in rum, lime juice, and bitters.
  4. Shake vigorously.
  5. Strain this mixture into a glass filled with one large ice cube.
  6. Top off with ginger beer.
  7. Finish by garnishing with the leftover mint sprig.
