Instructions

  1. Fill a shaker with ice and add the lime juice, simple syrup, cognac, spiced rum and pear juice.
  2. Shake hard until the shaker is cold.
  3. Fill a rocks glass with fresh ice.
  4. Strain the drink over the ice.
