Instructions

  1. Chill a cocktail glass.
  2. Muddle the green grapes in the bottom of a shaker.
  3. Add the Scotch, apricot brandy and grapefruit juice, then fill with ice.
  4. Shake well.
  5. Fine strain into the chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with a lemon zest twist.
