Instructions

  1. Mix the OJ with citric acid.
  2. Pour this into warm milk to make it curdle.
  3. Pour the curdled mixture through a damp Chemex filter into a carafe, making sure to include some along the sides of the filter.
  4. Combine all other ingredients in a small pitcher and pour them through the same filter.
  5. The result should be pale orange and clear.
  6. Chill this setup overnight in the fridge before transferring the cocktail to a labeled jar.
