Instructions

  1. Muddle an orange slice at the bottom of your mixing glass.
  2. Combine Cynar, Bonal, rum, and bitters in it.
  3. Stir the mixture for about 30 seconds.
  4. Rim a serving glass with salt halfway up its edge.
  5. Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass.
  6. Float a layer of Cream Sherry on top and garnish as desired.
