- Combine Cynar, Bonal, rum, and bitters in it.
- Stir the mixture for about 30 seconds.
- Rim a serving glass with salt halfway up its edge.
- Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass.
- Float a layer of Cream Sherry on top and garnish as desired.
