Ingredients: 8 ml Honey Syrup; 2 dash Peach Bitters; 30 ml Scotch; 1 sli Lemon; 23 ml Lemon Juice; 23 ml Bourbon; 15 ml Peach Schnapps; 8 ml Cynar 70

Bourbon and Scotch are shaken with lemon juice, honey syrup and peach schnapps, with peach bitters and a little Cynar adding a bitter edge. Served in a coupe, from 2019.
