Instructions

  1. Add the egg white, lemon juice, Angostura bitters, gin and simple syrup to a shaker.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard until well chilled.
  3. Fill a rocks glass with fresh ice.
  4. Strain the drink over the ice.
  5. Garnish with a lemon slice and a Luxardo Maraschino cherry on a stick, set like a sail.
