Instructions

  1. Chill a rocks glass.
  2. Put all the ingredients in a shaker without ice and shake hard for 30 seconds to build the foam.
  3. Add ice and shake for another 30 seconds.
  4. Strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with lemon zest and a maraschino cherry.
