Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the Gin, Madeira and Granny Smith & Red Cabbage Vinegar Switchel.
  3. Stir with a light hand for roughly half a minute, until the drink is cold and softened by the melting ice.
  4. Strain into the chilled coupe.
