Topo Chico mineral water

Instructions

  1. Wet the rim of a highball glass with a lime slice and sprinkle with smoked sea salt mixed with chili lime rub.
  2. Add ice to half the glass or use an ice ball.
  3. Combine tequila, Ancho Reyes liqueur, grapefruit juice, and simple syrup in a shaker filled with ice.
  4. Shake vigorously.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared glass through a strainer.
  6. Top up with carbonated mineral water like Topo Chico.
  7. Garnish with a lime wedge.
