Ingredients: 45 ml Gin; 1 twst Orange Peel; 8 ml Mezcal; 8 ml Chambord; 23 ml Pear Liqueur; 23 ml Lillet Blanc

A stirred mix of gin, pear liqueur and Lillet Blanc, with a little Chambord and mezcal. The pear and Lillet keep it soft, the mezcal adds a light smoke, and an orange twist finishes it.
