Ingredients: 1⁄2 tsp Grenadine; 60 ml Cherry Heering; 30 ml Club Soda; 23 ml Lemon Juice; 1 tsp Scotch; 23 ml Cachaça; 23 ml Sloe Gin

A tall, shaken sling led by 60 ml of Cherry Heering, with cachaça and sloe gin underneath and lemon juice to keep it sharp. Only a teaspoon of Scotch adds the smoke, and club soda lengthens it. By Stew Ellington.
