Instructions

  1. Fill a yarai with ice and combine all ingredients, stirring until well chilled.
  2. Pour the mixture through a strainer into an old fashioned glass containing one big ice cube.
  3. Infuse with cherrywood smoke.
  4. Finish by twisting an orange peel over the drink as a garnish.
