Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients with ice in a shaker, setting aside one sage leaf for decoration.
  2. Strain the mixture over ice into a highball glass.
  3. Decorate by adding the reserved sage leaf and sprinkling it with three twists of freshly ground black pepper.
