Sloe Loris

Stir Sloe Gin, Dry Sherry, Swedish Punsch, Cynar with ice. Strain into a coupe.
We weren't big fans of our sloe gin at first. To balance its strong taste, we tried mixing it with dry vermouth, which ended up being overly sweet. Then came the eureka moment in the dead of night: using dry sherry instead. This tweak made all the difference, and now we might need to replace the bottle soon.
