Ingredients: 1 Egg White; 1 tsp Sugar; 45 ml Sloe Gin; 30 ml Club Soda; 23 ml Lemon Juice; 15 ml Gin; 1 tsp Campari

Sloe gin leads, with a little gin, lemon juice and egg white for a frothy, tart fizz, a teaspoon of Campari for a bitter edge and club soda to lengthen it. Jay Hepburn's 2009 adaptation of the classic.
