Instructions

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
  2. Add Gin, Cherry Heering, Bénédictine, Angostura Bitters and Lemon Juice to a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake until cold and strain into the ice-filled glass.
  4. Top with Club Soda.
  5. Stir gently to combine.
  6. Garnish with a lemon slice and a Luxardo Maraschino cherry on a stick, like a sail.
