Instructions

  1. Rim a coupe with vanilla salt made with Himalayan salt, then chill it.
  2. Muddle the cardamom pods in the bottom of a shaker.
  3. Add the lime juice, simple syrup, Campari and white rum.
  4. Fill with ice and shake hard.
  5. Fine strain into the prepared coupe.
