Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Fill a shaker with ice and add the Bénédictine, dry vermouth, Cherry Heering, sotol and orange juice.
  3. Shake hard until the shaker is frosty cold.
  4. Pour through a fine strainer into the chilled coupe.
  5. Garnish with a small yellow flower.
