Instructions

  1. Chill a cocktail glass with ice and water, or in the freezer.
  2. Add the gin, vodka, dry vermouth and Peychaud's Bitters to a mixing glass filled with ice.
  3. Stir for about 30 seconds until well chilled.
  4. Discard the ice from the glass and strain the drink in.
  5. Garnish with a lemon zest twist or a green olive.
