Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Add the Cognac, Curaçao Orange, Pineau Des Charentes, Lemon Juice, Sugar Syrup 'Rich' and Saline Solution 4:1 to a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake hard until well chilled.
  4. Strain into the chilled coupe.
  5. Garnish with an orange zest twist.
