Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Moisten the outside edge of the glass with orange juice and dip it into sugar to rim it.
  3. Add the cognac, triple sec, lemon juice, sugar syrup 'rich' and saline solution 4:1 to a shaker with ice.
  4. Shake well and strain into the glass.
  5. Top with the sparkling white wine.
