Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake hard.
  3. Strain the drink back out of the shaker so the ice is left behind.
  4. Shake once more without ice until the egg white turns foamy.
  5. Fine strain into the chilled coupe.
  6. Garnish with a lemon zest twist.
