- Muddle the mint leaves with the passion fruit syrup, strawberry syrup and lime juice in a shaker.
- Add the gin and allspice dram, fill the shaker with ice and shake hard.
- Open the shaker and pour in the hibiscus ginger beer.
- Strain over fresh ice in a highball glass.
- Slap a mint sprig between your palms to release its aroma and use it as garnish.
