Instructions

  1. Fill a rocks glass with ice.
  2. Add Simple Syrup, Lemon Juice, Palo Cortado Sherry and Egg White to a shaker with ice and shake hard.
  3. Strain the drink back out of the shaker, leaving the ice behind.
  4. Shake once more without ice until the egg white is foamy.
  5. Fine strain into the ice-filled glass.
  6. Garnish with a Luxardo Maraschino cherry.
