Instructions

  1. Chill a rocks glass.
  2. Add the Spanish Brandy, Oloroso Sherry, Pedro XiméNez Sherry and Orange Bitters to a mixing glass with ice.
  3. Stir until well chilled.
  4. Strain into the rocks glass over fresh ice.
  5. Garnish with an orange zest twist and a skewered Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.
