Shamrock Sour

A frothy, bright green sour where Irish whiskey meets lemon, lime and a cool note of mint liqueur. The egg white makes it silky, and the bitters on top add a spicy edge.

- Pour the Irish whiskey, lemon juice, lime juice, simple syrup, crème de menthe and egg white into a shaker with no ice.
- Shake hard for about 10 seconds so the egg white turns to foam.
- Add ice cubes and shake for another 15 seconds or so, until the shaker is frosty.
- Strain over ice cubes in a rocks glass.
- Dot the foam with Angostura bitters.
- Garnish with a lime wheel and mint sprigs.
