Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Combine the raspberries, tiki bitters, gin, egg white, Cherry Heering, lime juice and honey syrup in a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake hard until well chilled.
  4. Fine strain into the chilled coupe.
  5. Garnish with the cherry and honey flavoured marzipan.
