Instructions

  1. Chill a cocktail glass.
  2. Halve the passion fruits and scoop the pulp into a shaker.
  3. Add the passion fruit syrup, lemon juice, Mr Black Coffee Liqueur and gin.
  4. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well.
  5. Fine strain into the chilled glass.
  6. Garnish by floating half a passion fruit on top, or two coffee beans if the drink will be finished quickly.
