Instructions

  1. Chill the highball glass.
  2. Fill a shaker with ice and add the gin, lemon juice, Branca Menta and Drambuie. The stout stays out of the shaker.
  3. Shake until cold, then pour through a fine strainer into the chilled glass, without ice.
  4. Top with chilled stout beer.
  5. Garnish with dehydrated apple and anise candies.
